2023 Village Election

Please take Notice

1.    The annual Village election will take place on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.     

2.    This election will be located upstairs at the Rhinebeck Village Hall, 76 East Market Street, Rhinebeck, NY. The Village Hall is handicapped accessible, and a lift is available.      

3.    Voting hours are from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m.

4.    Registered voters will be voting for three (3) candidates:

One (1) Mayor, for a 2 year term

Two (2) Trustees, each for 2 year terms

5.    The following candidates are running for office:

          For Mayor: Gary Bassett – 6 Somers Drive     

     For Trustee: Richard Lewit - 30 Lorraine Drive

For Trustee: Lydia Hill Slaby - 25 Mulberry Street

6.    Absentee Ballot applications are available at the Village Office, 76 East Market Street, Rhinebeck, NY or on the Village Website: www.villageofrhinebeck.org . Applications can also be requested by phone at 845-876-7015 option 3.  These applications must be returned to the Village Clerk by Tuesday March 14, 2023 if the ballots are to be mailed, or Monday, March 20, 2023 if the ballots are to be hand delivered to the Village Office.
