Apply for the Village Compost Pilot

The Village of Rhinebeck is excited to unveil Village Compost, our municipal compost pilot.

The pilot will initially accept 100 village households and invite businesses to sign up and collaborate. Households will apply, and we will have a selection process in order for our pilot to have a range of household sizes. Folks completely new to composting are encouraged to apply, as well as those with prior experience. After these slots are filled, we will be maintaining a waitlist—a way to gauge demand for scaling up the program in the future.
