Request: Special Use Permit – Proposed change of use from approved Farm Market/Agriculture Use to a permitted use by special permit to house and become the new location for the Dutchess County Historical Society as the organization falls under the definition of a library. This proposed change needing a special permit requires a public hearing to be scheduled. Located in the Residential District.
