Request: Special Use Permit – Proposed change of use from approved Farm Market/Agriculture Use to a permitted use by special permit to become the new location for the Dutchess County Historical Society. This organization falls under the definition of a library. This proposed change needing a special permit requires a public hearing. Located in the Residential District.

Request: Signage Application – Site Plan Review – Area Variance – Proposed new signage located on the existing building, above the emergency department entrance. The proposed signage will measure 49 square feet. There may be a positive or negative recommendation needed to the Zoning Board of Appeals for exceeding the allowed signage. This parcel is in the Residential District.
