Request: Site Plan – Redesign and improvement of the existing public/pedestrian entrance known as “4H Gate.” The proposed improvements will include a new design for how patrons enter and exit, purchasing tickets to events such as the Dutchess County Fair and screening through security. The proposed structure will house the ticket sellers and a new pavilion will house the security checkpoint. Other improvements will include new landscaping features and new fencing to separate patrons from the nearby parking lots. This parcel is in the Fairgrounds District.
