PLEASE TAKE NOTICE

Planning Board – Announcement(s) and/or Notification(s):

            The Planning Board Chair has canceled the board’s meeting scheduled for this Tuesday, January 7, 2025, to allow returning or continuing applicants additional time to continue to work on, or be prepared with any proposed project updates or revisions to present to the Board and the public. Also, there were no new applicants with newly proposed projects to present or new business to address. 

            The Planning Board’s next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, 2025, beginning at 6:00pm. The deadline to submit to the department’s office for application, presentation, and review by the Board is Friday, January 10, 2025, by 1:00pm. Zoning Board of Appeals – Announcement(s) and/or Notification(s):

            The Zoning Board of Appeals’ next meeting will take place on Thursday, January 16, 2025, beginning at 7:00pm at Village Hall. On that day, at that time, and place the Board will address both returning and continued business, and new business. A meeting agenda will be posted leading up to the meeting, but for further information or to seek clarification pertaining to a specific case, please contact the Board’s clerk either by phone at 845-876-1922, or by email at, rdowden@villageofrhinebeckny.gov .
