Request: Application for Site Plan - Proposed modification to interior conditions of existing 2nd floor layout and floor plan. Proposed change to include separating 2,000 sq. feet of space from existing 2nd floor apartment to create professional office space and then 1,300 sq. feet to remain for the apartment. Located in the Village Center District and Historic Overlay District.
DISCUSSION:
· Review draft of proposed comments from members of the Village Planning Board to eventually be submitted to the Town of Rhinebeck Town Board and Planning Board with respect to the proposed residential housing development known as “Locust Hill” located on Rhinecliff Rd in the Town of Rhinebeck.
· Building Inspector and Code Enforcement Officer referrals: 73 Livingston St and Mike H
