PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Rhinebeck will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 120, Section(s) 46, 48 and 49 of the Village Law,

Details: Currently exists a 0.77-acre lot with an existing restaurant where the owner is proposing to further develop the property by constructing a multi-family dwelling unit behind the restaurant. The restaurant will remain open and operate. The proposed new development will consist of four (4) multi-family dwelling units within a new structure on the back portion of the lot and units will be approximately 780 SqFt. The proposed new structure will be 35 ft. high and consist of a garage on the ground floor and living areas in the units located above the garage. This parcel is in the Village Center District and Historic Overlay District.
Said hearing will be held in person on Tuesday, (November 5, 2024), during the Planning Board Meeting held at Village Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room, 76 E Market Street, Rhinebeck, NY 12572. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m.
