3. Review draft annual reminder notice to Village officers and employees regarding the Village Code of Ethics.

4. Review any transactional disclosure statement, disclosable interests statements, and/or applicant disclosure statements transmitted to the board since the last meeting.

5. New business: this item is reserved for any new item a board member would like to bring forward.

6. Executive Session: Discussion of a letter to the Board of Ethics from a resident of the Village.
