2.  Report on the annual reminder notice to Village officers and employees regarding the Village Code of Ethics.

3. Review any transactional disclosure statements, disclosable interests statements and/or applicant disclosure statements transmitted to the board by the Village Clerk since the last meeting.

4. New business: This item is reserved for any new item a board member would like to bring forward.

5. Executive Session: Discussion of a letter to the Board of Ethics from a resident of the Village.
