NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board on Tuesday, MARCH 4, 2025, beginning at 6:00pm at Village Hall, 2nd floor meeting room, on the following matter:
PROPOSED PROJECTS INFORMATION:
1) Request: Site Plan: Located in the Bulkeley Schoolhouse Overlay District. Proposed site plan and re-development of existing multi story building (former Brogan Center) located on the future Lot 3 of the existing parcel. The proposed site plan details will include lighting, landscaping, redesigned parking lot, new entrance, and other proposed site details with the redevelopment of the building site.
2) Request: Final Plat Plan: Located in the Bulkeley Schoolhouse Overlay District. Final plat plan to divide current parcel into individual parcels/lots. Whereby, lot 3 will encompass the former Brogan Center to be altered and redeveloped. The remaining lots will be offered for single family lots, and the preliminary plat plan has been voted on by the Planning Board.
