Please join the Village of Rhinebeck Comprehensive Plan Meeting on Thursday, February 17 from 7-8:30pm at this Microsoft Teams Meeting Link* for an opportunity to engage with the committee, introduce yourself, and express your specific interest in participating in this generative work for the future of our village.

The Village Comprehensive Plan will only be reflective of the community if the entire community is represented. Therefore, please come and learn how you can help this process!

Tentative Agenda:

  • 6:40pm: virtual "doors" open, Matt Johnston, chair, to welcome

  • 7:00: Meeting begins – Matt Johnston

  • Welcome and Introduction – Lydia Slaby, Village Trustee and Liaison to the Comp Plan Committee

  • Small breakout sessions to allow participants to introduce themselves and their interest in participating in the ecosystem – Matt Johnston

  • Introduction of subcommittee structure and opportunity for attendees to express interest in participating on specific work – Matt Johnston

  • Work of Committee – Comp Plan Committee (all present are welcome to observe)

    • Discuss and vote on an RFP for a professional planning consultant

    • Discuss the addition of new members to the committee and formulate request to Trustee Slaby

  • 8:30: Meeting concludes – Matt Johnston

All are welcome to stay after the meeting to chat or ask questions
