On October 12, 2021 the Board of Trustees held a public hearing and passed two (2) resolutions, Resolution 092821-01 to opt out of marijuana lounges and Resolution 092821-02 to opt out of marijuana dispensaries, within the Village of Rhinebeck. The Board of Trustees then approved a date to hold a referendum to vote on Resolution 092821-01 and Resolution 092821-02.

This special election will take place on Tuesday November 16, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Village Hall.
