Marijuana Special Election

Village of Rhinebeck Voters

1.    The Marijuana Special Election will take place on Tuesday November 16, 2021.

2.    This special election will be located upstairs at the Rhinebeck Village Hall, 76 East Market Street, Rhinebeck, NY. The Village Hall is handicapped accessible, and a lift is available.

3.    Voting will take place from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

4.    Registered voters will be voting on whether they are for or against the Village of Rhinebeck having marijuana dispensaries and/or marijuana lounges.

5.    Absentee Ballot applications are available at the Village Hall or on the Village Website: www.villageofrhinebeck.org ( on the Village Clerk page, at the bottom.) Applications can also be requested by phone at 845-876-7015 option 3.  These applications must be returned to the Village Clerk by November 9, 2021 if the ballots must be mailed and by November 15, 2021 if the ballots will be personally delivered to the Village Hall.

6.    All voters for this Election must be registered with Dutchess County Board of Elections at their correct address within the Village.
