Request: Sign Application – Proposed new signage – Proposed new flat type of signage installed on the front façade of both street frontage of the existing store/commercial building. Proposed new signage will keep existing installed gooseneck lighting. The new signage proposed will be roughly the same dimensions as the current existing signage for the Rhinebeck Department Store. Location is in the Village Center Business District and Historic District Overlay.

Height requirement set forth in Chapter 120, Section 14, Sub-section (A) (8). Location is in the Residential District.

Request: Site Plan – Proposed 920 sq. ft. in ground pool, and spa. Additional proposed structures/features include; (1) 400 sq. ft. pavilion (roof and columns only) with outdoor fireplace, sitting area, and recessed lighting, (1) 210 sq. ft. pool shade with recessed lighting, and security fencing around pool as well as 6 ft. privacy fencing along the side and rear yard. New landscaping will be installed to provide privacy, noise abatement, and eliminate any visual impact on the neighborhood. Located in the Residential Special Sensitivity Overlay and Historic District Overlay.
