PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Rhinebeck will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 120, Section 46, of the Village Law,

Application: Site Plan – Amendment to previously approved Site Plan.

Tax ID Grid Number: 6170-18-458198-0000 Details: Proposed change in permitted use from Lodging Facility/Boutique Hotel to Apartments with commercial/retail in the front facing the street. The proposed change to an Apartment use will include keeping the proposed retail space in the front and going from a proposed building with retail space and 9-room lodging facility to convert the 9 approved lodging units to 4 residential apartments. As proposed, Apartment 1 is a 640 sq. ft one-bedroom unit, Apartment 2 is a 705 sq. ft. one-bedroom unit, Apartment 3 is a 598 sq. ft. one-bedroom unit, and Apartment 4 is a 1380 sq. ft. 2-bedroom unit. Located in the Village Center Business District and Historic District Overlay.

Said hearing will be held in person on Tuesday, (2-21-2023), at Village Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
