            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Rhinebeck will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 120, Section 46, of the Village Law,

Details: Proposed 920 sq. ft. in ground pool, and spa. Additional proposed structures/features include (1) 400 sq. ft. pavilion (roof and columns only) with outdoor fireplace, sitting area, and recessed lighting, (1) 210 sq. ft. pool shade with recessed lighting, and security fencing around pool as well as 6 ft. privacy fencing along the side and rear yard. New landscaping will be installed to provide privacy, noise abatement, and eliminate any visual impact on the neighborhood. Located in the Residential Special Sensitivity Overlay and Historic District Overlay.

Said hearing will be held in person on Tuesday, (3-7-2023), the Planning Board Meeting will be held at Village Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
