Planning Board Meeting Agenda

ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the Planning Board will not be meeting in-person. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 202.1, on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 beginning at 7:00 PM; the Planning Board meeting will be held via videoconferencing, and a transcript will be provided at a later date. The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live, and provide comments when permitted by the Chair, especially, during any publicized public hearing.

Request: Site Plan, Area Variance, Demolition of Portion/Partial of Existing Structure in HDO – Proposed exterior alterations and a new addition to an existing Residential home in the Residential and Historic Overlay Districts. Proposed demolition of existing to be replaced with a new 2 story 2 car garage with breezeway and shed. This proposed action will need an area variance to comply with current zoning standards as the new garage, breezeway and shed exist 5 feet within the required 10-foot rear and side yard setbacks; relief sought is 5 feet.
