Request: Area Variance – Side Yard - Has previously received - Positive Recommendation from Planning Board to Zoning Board of Appeals; Installation of a new HVAC/Mini-split unit within the required 10 ft. side-yard setback, requested area variance of 2 ft. from the side-yard property line on the west side of residence, relief sought of 8 ft.

Property located in the Historic Overlay District and Residential District.
