Request: Area Variance – Side Yard Area Variance – Requested side yard area variance for a new proposed attached 2-story garage, attached to existing single-family dwelling by a new breezeway. The new garage impacts the side yard setback on the south side by 5 ft. encroaching on the required 10 ft. setback. To be compliant under zoning the sought relief is 5 feet.  

Property located in the Historic Overlay District and Residential District.
