NOTICE OF CHANGE IN PUBLIC MEETING LOCATION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:

May 8, 2020 Effective immediately and based upon notices and health advisors issued by Federal, State, and Local officials related to the COVID-19 virus, the Planning Board will not hold in-person meetings. Until further notice, all future Planning Board meetings (including public hearings) will be held via videoconferencing, as permitted by the NYS Open Meetings Law. Due to public health and safety concerns, the public will not be permitted to attend at the remote locations where the Planning Board members will be situated. The public, however, will be able to fully observe the videoconference meeting and comment at appropriate or permitted times. To the extent internet access is not available, the public can attend via telephone by dialing an assigned number; number will be announced closer to the meeting date. The Planning Board’s agenda is available in advance of meetings at (https://ecode360.com/documents/pub/RH1002/Agendas/?) and the public can email written comments or questions by 4:00 pm on the day of the meeting addressed to rdowden@villageofrhinebeckny.gov. Any members of the public who has questions should contact the Planning Board Clerk in advance of the meeting at rdowden@villageofrhinebeckny.gov or 845-876-1922. Anyone having difficulty connecting to the meeting should contact the Clerk at, rdowden@villageofrhinebeckny.gov for assistance during the meeting.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that any Executive Session of the Board will be initiated with the Board first convening on the public videoconferencing site, adopting a motion to go into Executive Session and then returning to the public videoconferencing site once the Executive Session has concluded. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the Planning Board videoconferencing or virtual meeting will be conducted on Tuesday May 19, 2020 at 7:00 pm. (The Planning Board has selected the Zoom App for its videoconferencing meeting service. Instructions on how to access the virtual meeting will be available when the agenda is available for the meeting)
