PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Rhinebeck will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 120, Section 46, and Section A126-13B of the Code of the Village of Rhinebeck (Subdivision Regulations) of the Village Law, on the Application of:
The Church of the Messiah/Richard McKeon, for Minor Subdivision to divide one lot into three lots at 6430-6436 Montgomery Street. The proposed minor subdivision would create separate lots for the Rectory, the church, parish hall and parking lot, and the dry-cleaning commercial business.
Proposed Lot 1 – (Dry Cleaner, 6430 Montgomery Street) – 8, 160 sq. ft.
Proposed Lot 2 – (Rectory, 6 Chestnut Street) – 10, 962 sq. ft.
Remaining Lot 3 – Church, Parish Hall, and parking lot – 70, 392 sq. ft.

Said hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 during the remote online Planning Board Videoconference Meeting over Zoom. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Based upon notices, and health advisories issued by Federal, State and Local officials related to the COVID-19 virus, as permitted under the Governor of the State of New York’s Emergency Order 202.1, due to public health and safety concerns, the public will not be permitted to attend the public meeting in person at any of the remote locations where the Planning Board will be situated, or in any other locations. The public will have the opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments via the Zoom videoconference meeting. Further details for the Zoom videoconference meeting will follow and will be found attached to the meeting agenda once it is posted on Vilage’s website, or by request to the Planning Board clerk. The Planning Board, at said time and place will hear all persons or their agents in support of, or any who object to the proposed application. If you believe you will be unable to attend on April 6; please submit all comments, concerns, etc. to the Planning Board Clerk prior to April 6 either by mail; ATTN: Planning Board at 76 East Market Street Rhinebeck, NY 12572 OR by email to rdowden@villageofrhinebeckny.gov
If you plan on attending via the videoconference meeting you will be able to raise your comments through the “Chat” function on Zoom, or on the day of the public hearing you can email them to the clerk at; rdowden@villageofrhinebeckny.gov who will provide them to Chair to read into the record.
