Planning Board Public Hearing Notice

 

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Rhinebeck will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 120, Section 46, of the Village Law,

            To discuss and give the public the opportunity to comment on the proposal at 178 East Market Street, owned by Hal N. Buch and Lisa Renee Bare, and the potential need for a certificate of removal or demolition from the Planning Board of an accessory building(s) and the remaining elements of historic value that remain. Based on the standards and regulations set forth in Chapter 64 of the Village Zoning Code. The Board currently is considering the owners proposed new 3 car, 2 story garage to be constructed in its place.

Said hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, during the Planning Board Meeting at Village Hall, 2nd Floor, 76 East Market Street, Rhinebeck, NY 12572. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

 

ANNOUNCEMENT: This public hearing was rescheduled from September 7, 2021, at the request of the property owner.
