            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Rhinebeck will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 120, Section 46, of the Village Law,

            ANNOUNCEMENT: This meeting will be held remotely by Zoom video conference call with a live stream to the public available by link from the agenda posted on the Village of Rhinebeck website; written public comment will be accepted up to 12:00 pm of the meeting day. Members of the public wishing to speak at the public hearing will be able to log onto the Zoom call and address the Planning Board live.

Details: To review and allow for public comment pertaining to a proposal for a special use permit for a new restaurant located at 6415-6417 Montgomery Street, formerly the Liberty Public House. The proposed restaurant is proposing to occupy the former bar area, kitchen, and have indoor and outdoor seating. The location of the property is in the Historic Overlay and Village Center Business Districts.

Said hearing will be held remotely/virtually on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, during the remote virtual/videoconference Planning Board Meeting over Zoom. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
