NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, OCTOBER 10, 2024, beginning at 7:00pm at the Village Hall, 2nd floor meeting room, on the following matter: Proposed HVAC/Mini split system for the proposed single family dwelling located within the required 10 ft. side yard setback on south side, and an additional proposed HVAC/Mini split system for proposed accessory structure with dwelling unit behind the single family house and located within the required 10 ft. side yard setback on the north side of the accessory structure. Both proposed systems are requesting a sought relief of 3 ft. This parcel is in the Residential District and Historic Overlay District.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, OCTOBER 10, 2024, beginning at 7:00pm at the Village Hall, 2nd floor meeting room, on the following matter: Proposed expansion of front porch. The proposed project requests to expand the existing front porch east almost the full width of the front of existing home. Based on this proposal a further request of needing an area variance due to the expansion will impact the side yard setback and expanding the footprint of a legal non-conforming structure. The proposed front porch will impact the required 10 ft. side yard setback requesting a sought relief of 8 ft. 1 inch.; with 1 ft. 9 inches of setback to remain. Additional relief of expanding the footprint of an existing legal non-conforming. This parcel is in the Residential District and Historic Overlay District.
