Marijuana Special Election Sample Ballot

Below is the official sample ballot for the upcoming special election on November 16, 2021.

Voting hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00PM at the Village Hall.

Absentee ballots are available and applications can be found online at villageofrhinebeck.org (on the Village Clerk page, at the bottom) picked up at the Village Hall, or requested by phone at 845-876-7015 option 3.  These applications must be returned to the Village Clerk by November 9, 2021 if the ballots are to be mailed and by November 15, 2021 if the ballots will be personally delivered to the Village Hall.
