Business District Improvement Committee Positions Open

 The Village Board has established a Business District Improvement Committee and is seeking volunteers to assist the Village in its economic development activities.        

  The Committee will advise the Mayor and the Village Board on opportunities for grants and other funding opportunities that will enhance and beautify the Village’s business district as well as foster partnership and open communication on issues affecting the economic fabric of the business district, to ensure a vibrant, sustainable and supportive business community.

This Committee shall consist of five to seven (5-7) members, including a liaison to the Village Board, and shall include representatives of the Rhinebeck Chamber of Commerce, non-business members, and at least two (2) at-large members of the community.

Meetings will be held quarterly or as needed.
