Request: Area Variance – (1) Side Yard Variance – Proposed two-story addition to the existing residence which is located within the west side yard setback. The proposed two-story will replace the existing one-story which will be removed. The new two-story addition will impact the side yard setback by 6.5 ft. within the required 10 ft. standard setback. The sought relief is 3.5 ft.
