NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, August 18, 2022, beginning at 7:00pm at the Village Hall, 2nd floor meeting room, on the following matter: for an Area Variance – Application – Side Yard: submitted by Applicant, Allen DeCotiis and Elizabeth Mazzarella at, 56 Livingston Street. The side yard variance request is for a proposed 2-story addition on the back of the existing 2-story single family residence on the west side of the property. The existing 1-story addition will be removed. The 2-story addition will impact the side yard setback by 6.5 ft. within the required 10 ft. standard setback. The sought relief is 3.5 ft.
