ANNOUNCEMENT(s):

·         Planning Board Meeting – Tuesday, December 3, 2024 – Canceled

·         Concerning the project related to Dutchess Sheperd LLC at 6 Mulberry St, please visit ecode360 under “Public Documents” then under “Misc. ·         Next scheduled Planning Board Meeting – Tuesday, December 17, 2024, beginning at 6:00pm, (deadline to submit project proposal, site plan/special use permit application, etc. is Monday, December 9, 2024, by 4:00pm).

UPDATE(s):

·         The proposed project at 6367 Mill Street and represented by KARC Consultants and ACVP LLC (Smoky Rock BBQ), will continue their review and public hearing with the Board, Tuesday, December 17, 2024, meeting at 6:00pm. Any comments, concerns, questions about the project can be still submitted in writing to the Planning Board Clerk via email, at Village Hall, or be made in person during the meeting on December 17th.

·         The proposed project at 6 Mulberry Street and Dutchess Sheperd LLC will continue its review of the site plan and design of the proposed re-developed building, tentatively, at the December 17, 2024, meeting. The Planning Board still needs to schedule a public hearing for this aspect of the proposed project.
