NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, JUNE 13, 2024, beginning at 7:00pm at TOWN Hall, meeting room, 80 EAST MARKET STREET, on the following matter: Area variance application for new outside mini-split condenser unit for existing HVAC system, and coverage for existing second mini-split condenser unit in same location on west side of residence. Sought relief for both is 5 ft. 1 inch. This parcel is in the Residential District and Historic Overlay District.

Request/Description of Area Variance: Replace failing air-conditioning system and outdoor unit with a new heat pump/ac unit in the side yard setback. The proposed outdoor unit and system is within the required 10-foot side yard setback which requires the area variance. The relief sought is 5 ft. 1 inch. This parcel is in the Historic Overlay District and Residential District.
