NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, October 20, 2022, beginning at 7:00pm at the Village Hall, 2nd floor meeting room, on the following matter: for an Area Variance – Application: submitted by Applicant, Lauren Belvin. The side yard variance request is for a proposed addition to the existing residence on the northwest side of the property. The addition will impact the side yard setback by 6 ft. within the required 10 ft. standard setback. The sought relief is 4 ft.
