Take Notice: The Gelb Variance Request has been Withdrawn from ZBA Meeting Thursday, August 20

Please Take Notice:

August 18, 2020

The proposed area variance request from David and Joanne Gelb at 36 Mulberry Street has been withdrawn by the applicants, and they will not be appearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals or ZBA, on Thursday, August 20, 2020.

After some consideration, the applicants have decided they want to revise or modify their proposal and initial variance application to re-address the location of a proposed hot tub. They will submit a new variance application that will include their changes, and tentatively will return to the Planning Board beginning at 7:00 pm on September 1, 2020 and then appear before the ZBA on September 17, 2020 beginning at 7:00 pm. A new legal notice will be circulated to all neighbors, necessary recipients and/or their agents, and all will have the necessary time to review their new application and proposal.

If anyone has any question(s) or needs further information please contact the ZBA clerk either by e-mail at: rdowden@villageofrhinebeckny.gov or by phone at: 845-876-1922.

Thank you

Respectfully,

John J. Fenton
