NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, DECEMBER 16, 2021; beginning at 7:00pm at Village Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room, on the following matter: for an Area Variance Application: submitted by Applicant, Marc E. Isserles and Shea R. Dean, to request rear and side yard variances, and to exceed the square foot standard for an accessory dwelling unit in the Residential Distract as part of their restoration project of their carriage house/barn. The proposed project plans not to increase the footprint of the historic carriage house. The proposed rear yard variance request is to keep the existing 0.3’ ft. footprint within the 10’ ft. setback, relief sought of 9.7’ ft. The proposed side yard variance request to keep the existing 0.3 ‘ft. footprint within the 10’ ft. setback, relief sought of 9.7’ ft. The proposed area variance to exceed the required square foot standard maximum of 750 sq. ft. for an accessory dwelling unit to 1260 sq. ft., relief sought of 510 sq. ft.
